My drink during dinner

Even after my TLS 30days jump start, I still like to drink this fiber powder. I normally will mix 1 full bottle and bring along to work on every alternate days.

Felt great and make the bowel movement more regular. 😉

Great Products for overall digestive health

Since I started consuming this products, my body feels light and it tastes great! May I know how many gram of sugar in a serving (a scoop)? It tastes great, but sweet and may have concerns among the diabetics

Great for digestion
